refund (less shipping & handling fee) will be given within a period of 30 days
on any item that is undamaged. Must be returned in original packaging with all
items included, e.g. instructions, battery and miscellaneous original parts.
There are no refunds on items after 30 days. An authorization # must accompany
the returned item(s). Customer must call 1-800-829-6002 for return authorization
number. No items will be accepted for refund without an authorization number.
